Bike Blowout will, of course, be held in compliance with the authorities’ orders and recommendations.
It is therefore the rules that apply at the time of the fair that sets the framework for the event.
However, we have in advance chosen to introduce various measures to adapt to the new reality:
Wide walking areas
The corridor areas on the inner circle are made twice as wide, so that they are now all 4 meters wide.
Aligning the flow
The entrance to the inner circle will be the same as in 2019, but this tunnel under the track this year can not be used as an exit.
Instead, exit is from the inner circle via the tunnel at the opposite end.
Larger cafe area
Food and beverage sales have moved to a larger area on the first floor to accomodate the need for more exhibitors at the inner circle, and offer a better selection of food and beverages to all visitors.
All visitors pass by this café, as the flow is also made unidirectional on the entire upper floor of the arena.
This can be seen on the map.
The above measures must help ensure that there is a good and safe distance between everyone at the fair, as well as provide a better experience for the guests with better space and comfort around them.
